    n Fitness Industry nobody can provide guarantee however if you are dedicated to follow our plans and advice then we have track record of successful results.
  • 07) How Does the Online Coaching Work?
    Once you sign up your coach will help you with diet as well as workout plans. The coach will remain in touch with you through phone calls or emails/ whatsapp through the tenure of your program.
  • 08) How Much Weight Will I Lose/How Much Muscle Will I Gain?
    As everybody is different so is the progress. Your progress depends on various factors like lifestyle, food habits, medical history, exercise etc play role in it and also adherence to the instructions given by your coach.
  • 09) What Information Do You Require For Making My Diet Plan? How Long Does It Take For You To Send Me My First Diet Plan?
    To ensure that your diet plan is tailor-made to your needs we need details about your current weight, height, medical history, daily schedule, food allergies & your food habits of course! The plans will be uploaded within 48 hours after receiving information from the client.
  • 10) How Do Your Services Work? Is The Diet Plan Modified Regularly Or Is It Fixed?
    The diet plan which we offer is a customized & balanced diet plan which purely works around home-cooked food. We shall modify your diet plan as per your needs on a regular basis & send you. Weekly follow ups will help us track your progress to figure out what’s the best for you.
  • 11) I Stay Out Of India Can I Still Opt For A Consultation?
    Yes, we offer online as well as in-person consultations. An online consultation works just the same as an in-person one where we will be connecting with you via a call or a video call
  • 12) Can I Take A Break During My Plan And Resume Later?
    Yes, you can take a break for a maximum duration of 2 weeks which will get automatically continued post that period. However we do not recommend taking breaks very frequently.
  • 14) How Do I Proceed With The Payment?
    You can proceed with the payment through the ‘Plans’ section of our website. We also have an option of online payment via Google Pay or direct bank transfer.
  • 13) Are My Food Likes And Dislikes Taken Into Consideration?
    Yes, you can always tell us what you don’t like to eat and we will make sure not to add it in your diet.
  • 15) How Do I Redeem A Discount Or A Special Offer?
    As of now, we do not have any on-going special offers or discounts.
  • 16) Can I Cancel My Ongoing Plan For A Refund?
    Sorry, you cannot get a refund for your ongoing plan.
  • Is this diet-based or excercise-based ?
    Well in order to become fit, one has to follow a healthy lifestyle - eating right (not less), moving well (your favorite ones), maintaining good sleep, managing stress, etc. All these will be covered as a part of the program by Vinali Date!
  • Should I invest in Supplements or shakes?
    You can stick to your home food to achieve fitness. If your medical practitioner has subscribed specific supplements due to deficiencies, you can go ahead with it. Shakes can be taken if you seek convenience. But none of these are needed on a compulsory basis if you are seeking for general fitness.Vinali Date recommends complete whole food concepts.
  • What happens after 3 Days program ?
    Please remember that achieving fitness is a long journey. Vinali doesn’t believe in crash dieting or extreme practices to achieve quick results. She insists on a sustainable fitness journey that will keep you fit forever. These three days are meant for you to understand the science behind fat loss during the personal consultation and to practice a healthy lifestyle through the tasks. The next level program will be suggested as an opportunity in the review consultation for you to join the Vinali community to follow a healthy lifestyle in the long run.
