One should be on time for a HR Interview. It shows your discipline, ethics and the respect to value the time for both the candidate and the interviewer.
2 Stay Humble
Throughout the interview be humble and polite yet confident at the same time. It gives an idea of your true personality as an individual. Moreover, at times it proves to be a turning point for your selection as interviewers value good soul alongwith sheer intelligence.
3 Attire
As we all know, first impression is the last impression therefore try to put on comfortable yet formal outfit. Refrain yourself from flashy getup. Appropriate wear boosts your inner confidence as well.
4 Communication skills
One is expected to have eye contact with the interviewer while interacting, it reflects your confidence and command over your language.
5 Body Language
One should carry oneself well with appropriate gesture. Maintain proper posture and avoid shaking legs while sitting and making unwanted patter while walking. Avoid slouching.

Make sure to carry mandatory documents before getting inside HR’s cabin. Do not forget to carry your resume as it is the document that describes everything about you.

Know about the company well before an interview inclusive of it’s motto, priciples,business lines etc. It’s a good practice and creates an impression on the interviewer.
